Work Force Manager

- Preparing and managing all scheduling for 24 x 7 multi-lingual centre
- Taking care of all administration relating to contact centre work force management including, maintenance of medical leave and annual leave register, training record database management and scheduling for training.
- Managing petty cash and medical leave claim process
- Working with the quality team and operational team managers to help with the management and compilation of KPI reports
- Pay Range - Rm2000 - 3000 depending on experience
